Thanks to their flexible properties, plastic containers are widely used in many areas of life and industry.<\/b><\/h3>\n

Corrosion resistance, stability of the stored liquid, easy transport, quick installation, light weight, low maintenance - these keywords characterize modern thermoplastic containers.<\/span><\/p>\n

    For the production of containers, we use containers with two different technologies, depending on the conditions of use - fiberglass and thermoplastics.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    To manufacture glass fiber containers, the winding method is used in the manufacture of cylinders, the glass fiber spraying method is used in the manufacture of special shaped parts, and in certain cases also hand lamination.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    We manufacture thermoplastic tanks using sheet materials of various thicknesses, for which we have a wide range of specialized equipment\u2014CNC cutters, a wide selection of extrusion welding machines, plate benders, butt-welding machines for plates and pipes, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The materials used for manufacturing the tanks are:<\/strong> HDPE, PP-H, PVC, PVDF. For the storage of powders and explosive substances, we offer antistatic materials in PE and PP.<\/span><\/p>\n

    All tanks produced by Eccua are designed in accordance with the standard. <\/span>DVS2205\/ EN12573<\/span>DVS2205\/ EN12573, which also considers the tank's operating conditions as well as the long-term effects of the stored substances and the surrounding environment on the tank's structure.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In addition, the following can be ordered for the tanks:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Various metal and fiberglass gratings and maintenance platforms.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Insulation with glass or rock wool, polyurethane, EPS, and additional covering of the insulation with various sheet materials.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Heat exchangers for heating or cooling the fluid stored in the tank.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Level monitoring, control, and alarm devices.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • A wide range of various shut-off devices and pipe fittings.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Various types of pumps.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
