A grease trap is for transmitting effluents of restaurants and other catering establishments, the food industry and other industrial plants to the sewerage network. Animal and vegetable fats and oils accumulate in the higher layers of the effluent, and the treated water in the lower part is transferred to circulation. The ECCUA grease trap complies with the European Union standard EVS-EN1825-1:20 04.
