In EQ I class oil trap, we use a HD Q-PAC coalisator filter, which is made of polypropylene (PP). The filter has a mesh structure and ensures the passage of the prescribed amount of water and the separation of oil from it. The HD Q-PAC filter is unique in that it clogs more slowly than others, separating the oil on the water surface and depositing suspended solids in the bottom of the tank. The HD Q-PAC filter is washable and reusable throughout the life of the trap.

Eccua Pro packs the sections of HD Q-PAC filter in separate stainless steel housings, thus ensuring that the filters stay tight, are easier to maintain and ultimately more efficient.

Oil traps with a HD Q-PAC filter have been tested to EN858-1 in Germany by the PIA-Prüfinstitut für Abwassertechnik GmbH and have been issued with a certificate of conformity.
